Ramadan Mubarak 2020

Dear Respected Community Member:

Assalaamu'Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh !

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, Our Tracy Islamic Center continues to remain closed including the daily congregational prayers, until we can ensure the safety and well being of everyone who attends.

 In this situation - Request everyone to please pray Taraweeh prayers at home.

We ask Allah SWT to protect us all and forgive our shortcomings. Please continue to make dua and also be vigilant about the best health practices to protect yourself and others around you.

Ramadan Mubarak!
The new moon (Hilal) was not sighted today locally and globally, therefore the 1st day of Ramadan will be on Friday, April 24th and first Taraweeh will be tomorrow night Thursday, April 23rd .

The Holy Month of Ramadan!
Ramadan is here and it is time to prepare ourselves both physically and mentally to take advantage of this blessed month.
  • “O you who believe, the fasts have been enjoined upon you as they were enjoined upon those before you, so that you may be God-fearing.” (Quran 2:183)
  • Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "When the month of Ramadan starts, the gates of the heaven are opened and the gates of Hell are closed and the devils are chained." (Sahih al-Bukhari )

Urgent Appeal for Masjid Operations Fund!
COVID-19 pandemic has put a significant financial constraint in collecting funds for Masjid operations as the facility has been closed due to shelter-in-place directive from the local authorities.
Generous donations from the community on every Friday after Jumma prayer was a significant source of income for the Masjid and unfortunately that has completely stopped.
Please come forward and help the House of Allah with your generous donations!

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, Masjid Construction Project is progressing at a slower pace. We greatly appreciate how the community responded to our request and donated generously towards this noble cause. Alhum'dulillah, a lot of work has been done to expand the facility however, more help is needed!

Urgent Appeal for Masjid Operations Fund

“The example of those who spend in the way of Allah is just like a grain that produced seven years, each year having a hundred grains, and Allah multiplies (the reward) for whom He wills. All is All-Embracing, All-Knowing.” (Quran 2:261) 
  • COVID-19 pandemic has put a significant financial constraint in collecting funds for Masjid operations as the facility has been closed due to shelter-in-place directive from the local authorities.
  • Generous donations from the community on every Friday after Jumma prayer was a significant source of income for the Masjid and unfortunately that has completely stopped.
  • We understand that this is a temporary situation however, the Masjid still needs to fulfill its financial obligations, pay bills, and be ready to open its doors once local authorities advise us to do so. 
Please come forward and help the House of Allah with your generous donations!

Urgent Operations Fund Appeal for Tracy Islamic Center (TIC) during COVID-19 Pandemic

Assalaamu'Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh !!
On behalf of Tracy Islamic Center, we appeal everyone to please come forward and support the Masjid in operations. COVID-19 pandemic has put a significant financial constraint in collecting funds for Masjid operations as the facility has been closed due to shelter-in-place directive from the local authorities.
We ask you to support the Tracy Islamic Center (TIC) and donate generously as we try to raise the funds for Masjid's operational expenses. 
The average operating cost of the Masjid stays the same, regardless of suspended programs, daily and Friday prayers.
Generous donations from the community on every Friday after Jumma prayer was a significant source of income for the Masjid and unfortunately that has completely stopped.

Umar bin Al-Khattab Narrated:
"I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say: 'Whoever builds a masjid (mosque) in which the Name of Allah is mentioned, Allah will build a house for him in Paradise.'" (Sahih)
