Eid-ul-Adha Tomorrow and an Urgent Appeal

We would like to update you on the recent developments and request your support: New Masjid lot (2.59 acre) purchase: (Phase-I) Renegotiated with the seller to close the escrow and stop $1844.79 per month. The seller has agreed, if Tracy Islamic Center bring $350K (instead of $400K) by end of Dec. then we will close the escrow and the remaining balance of approx. $150K will be paid in next 24 months interest-free. Currently, Alhumdullilah we have approx. $290K available and we are short $60K only. We request you to please donate at least $250 per family (from 300 families) so we can close escrow by end of Dec., 2010.
